MAN B&W 8K90MC-C ME排气阀主轴和阀座修复

主机排气阀杆的翻新采用气体保护焊，选用镍基材料施焊，耐腐蚀耐高温。排气阀座阀面采用等离子焊，司太立材料，耐高温耐烧蚀，按MAN原厂图纸精加工，W型阀面密封效果好。该批次备件来自台湾某国际航运公司大型集装箱轮。我司严格工艺把关，选用优质焊材施焊，确保装机使用寿命。

ME Exhaust Valve Spindle is reconditioned with Nimonic material by argon protected welding, which anti-corrosive & high-temperature resistance. Exh Valve Seat is reconditioned with stelliete material by plasma arc welding, fine machined the W valve seating according to MAN original sketch. The owner is a famous Container Shipping company in Taiwang. Your engine, my preciseness.
